What counts as an "active employee"?
Any employee who has been invited to acknowledge at least one policy in the past 12 months. Once an employee hasn't acknowledged a policy in 12 months, they're no longer counted as active.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. That's $3,059 per year for Professional (instead of $3,599), for example.
Is data portability included?
